Not the sculpt. Sculpt quality is a given at this price point. What decides sell-through is the ratio of the chase piece, whether the silhouette reads at 8 cm in a phone photo, whether the material feels like the price, and whether the paint survives a pocket. We have watched series with beautiful sculpts die because the secret edition was one in ninety-six, and series with plain sculpts run three seasons because the chase ratio and the photo silhouette were right.
